Quote Mining Obama

(Image from Pundit Kitchen)
Here is the post I tried to write last night, before I went off on a tangent of trying to find an appropriate graphic.
This is just a quick off-topic post. Barack Obama recorded the audio-book version of Dreams of My Father himself. Somebody thought it would be funny to extract a few isolated sentences from the recording and post it on the internet. This is one of those rare cases where juvenile humor is funny.

So, these are quotes of things his father or others said in his presence?
I like the last one. He should say it to the Republicans.

Jeff:
From what I understand, he’s merely quoting other people, but that’s why quote mining is so effective.

Jeff:
He’s reading the dialogue of a college friend of his.
I want the last one as a ringtone.

That is awesome. Finally an Obama email I can send to both my liberal and conservative friends and we will both laugh at the same jokes.
