John McCain’s Key Demographic
This is one of those weeks I’ve been busy, so I’ll just phone it in today. Here’s a video!

Out of topic Ron, but I think that I may have some material for your next post:

“I ain’t prejjidiss er nuttin.”
CLASSIC. Absolutely classic.
On a brighter note, I heard yesterday on KO (or was it Maddow?) that Obama’s “white women” problem is, like every one of his other voter bloc problems, largely a ficticious story generated by the media with no supporting facts to create controversy where there isn’t any. The polls show that not only do women overwhelmingly support Obama/Biden over McCain/Palin, but they support him more than Kerry in ’04. I’m still a little stunned at how well W could woo the fairer sex back then. What the heck was with up you ladies in ’04?!?!?! (Not that us men have room to talk since we seem to favor W/McCain even more in both elections — not sure wtf is up with that.)
So, if Obama wins, thank a white lady. Or something.
The MSM makes my brain hurt.

“Bob”:
That article is already on my short list of possible articles. I’m not sure I’ll get to it, though, because stuff is happening too fast. I’ll probably only have time to write a couple of articles this weekend. I’m not sure about next week. Suggestions are always welcome, though, because sometimes I miss the ripest fruit. (and I’m sure the fundies would appreciate being referred to as fruit)

Parrotlover,
I saw that as well last night. Although I’m wondering just how much that had to do with McCain’s horrible week of gaffs, miscues and all-around tone deafness. Seriously, how can anyone go out in public and be so goddamned ignorant of the issues and not be laughed off of the stage?
In a somewhat related note (as far as this topic is concerned), I read this earlier today. I found the part in which the author called out the Religious Right to be a particularly satisfying use of the English language as a weapon, of which I am always appreciative. Its worth a read.

Brian – The gaffs didn’t help, but I don’t think a single bad week has caused a massive shift of white lady support from McCain to Obama. I think that the media is, yet again, trying their damnedest to keep this race as close as possible so they have something (anything!) to talk about.
