Where did he put all his points, though? WIS and CHA are out, and the whole pretzel debacle suggests he skimped on the DEX figure. He doesn’t look too strong – I guess the man must have the constitution of an ox (well, he has endured for quite some time, and his stance on Iraq shows he’s a stubborn bugger…)

I guess his CON score must be high, not just from all the missing points, but from all the times he inflicted constitution drain on the country.
