This discussion has moved beyond the point of being productive, so I’m closing it off. Also, Ed Ward was repeatedly asked to provide evidence for some of his unfounded claims, but he was unable to do so. Therefore, in keeping with my comment policy, his comment privileges are hereby suspended. This might be just a brief suspension. We need to see how everybody behaves during this cooldown period.

Why are Christians so obsessed with the implement of torture that their man-god “died” on (what an incredible sacrifice it must be to die when you are a god that can’t, you know, actually die)? I mean it’s not uncommon for Christians to call the cross beautiful. Sorry, but torture devices are not beautiful to me.

I remember a Chick tract that went against the cross for claims that it was idol worship.Fucking retarded.So there are Christians that oppose the crucifix, but for the wrong reasons and not that it was one of the most horrible execution methods of it’s time.Seriously.Ughhh.

Lol the laminin thing I’ve seen before. As if a human artistic model of a chemical is in any way close to looking like the real thing. Basically any molecule with four “arms” can be drawn that way, if you wanted. The molecule won’t care. Additionally, if the standard way to drew molecules was a little different, we could draw laminin in the shape of a swastika. So is the god of the Jews an anti-semite? lol. Fundies are funny.

They’re not planned.They’re not directed.They are genetic changes in response to an organism’s environment, and or any improvements that could increase the rate of survival.Natural Selection “chooses” what guarantees survival.

Mutations are random.

Evolution is not.
