Anyone in Orange County Next Week?

I’m going to be in Orange County California at the end of next week. I know the place is almost completely devoid of rational secularists. This is a call to the few of you who are out there. You can sneak out of your Anne Frank hideaways, put in some fake contact lenses that make your eyes appear glazed over, stick a Jesus fish on your car, and come out for a few hours, can’t you? (So you don’t blow your cover, you have to remember to say “Barack Hussein Obama” every time you refer to the president.)
I noticed that the few of you who are out there are having a meeting of the Orange County Atheists at 7:30 PM on November 12 at the IHOP across from John Wayne airport. You’re also going on a pre-meeting drinking binge at 6:30 PM at the nearby El Torito. If everything works out as planned, I will drop in on one or both (I don’t touch the demon rum, but maybe they’ll have a good sugar-based root beer.).
Are any BoF readers planning to attend?

Barbara, I’ve seen it there (it was a little over a year ago). I would’ve guessed it’s a local thing based on the website.

So… Are they saying that if you vote for a Democrat, they are going to go all fundie crazy suicide bomber and crash into buildings with large jets? Doesn’t that break, like, a lot of laws?
