   Holy crap. I had no idea Bellamy was a Socialist. That part was left out in my public socialist liberal conspiracy grade school education. If I didn’t know, then there is probably not a single flag waving conservative that knows this little fact. Good stuff. I can’t wait to use this knowledge to piss some people off.

   While you’re telling them that a socialist wrote the Pledge, don’t forget to ask them how they feel about our socialist highways, our socialist police force, out socialist firegithers, our socialist schools, our socialist libraries, our socialist parks, and most importantly, our socialist military.

   The loaning of money to individuals has become a social institution. Virtually everyone takes out a loan at some point in their life, whether for a vehicle, a home or for business.

   It stands to reason that services that everyone needs should be socialized in order to mitigate risk and guarantee fair terms. We do this with law enforcement, education and transportation, so why not do it with banking?
