Actually, to me that is one of the biggest arguments in favor of this being psychological. If the first 49 don't work, either that's because she isn't really possessed (likely), or the guy doing the exorcisms is a fraud (also likely!). She gets attention while she's rolling around on the floor being exorcised. She's apparently attention starved in some way, and this fills that need.
